I woke up early this morning. I had planned on sleeping in a little bit since there wasnt much that we could do as it was disembarkation day for the people who arent lucky enough to stay on like we are, but it was really pretty loud with all the disembarkation stuff going on. I dont know how mom and dad managed to sleep through it, but they did, so I got dressed quietly and went down to get some coffee for all of us.

It was so surreal, seeing people sitting all over the ship waiting to be called for their turn to leave. They all looked so sad and I was a little sad for them, but mostly happy for us. I am sure though that I will experience a little of this myself next week, hehe or maybe not, since I really miss Stephen and will be ready to go home by then. Still today I am glad to be staying.

We sat on our balcony and then got dressed and got ready to go to the casino as we were instructed to do. We got there a little bit early but Rob and Margaret were there already as well, so we sat and talked to them until it was time to go through customs. It didnt take very long at all, and it was really rather fun. We were all walking down the hall off the ship and then back on in a Conga line of sorts, and with the atmosphere being so festive, you couldnt help but have a great time.

We went back to our room, and met our new room steward, Eric, who arrived to move our belongings for us. We didnt even have to pack, which was totally wonderful. He already had our new room ready for us (he cleaned it first thing so that we could move in right away), and he brought some people with him to get us moved quickly. It was surprisingly easy, and it wasnt long before we were ready to go play.

Our first stop was to Rob and Margarets room for coffee. They had brought their own coffee maker and coffee and it was nice to have some real coffee.. I tell you, all the wonderful things on this ship, coffee is not one of them. We hung out for quite a while, just talking and stuff, and then we decided to go and get lunch before the ship was insane with the new comers.. the first day seems to be the most busy day of the whole week. We also wanted to take care of some business.. things like making reservations for the week and stuff like that so we wanted to beat the rush.

After we were done with all of that, we went back to our room, to sit on the balcony for a couple of hours and watch all the action below.. We took some time to write out some cards to mail back home as well. I have been sending Stephen so many, I hope he is getting them quickly. The afternoon passed quickly and before we knew it, it was time for the sail away party that we had set up with the new group of CC members. We were not nervous this time though, since we were pros at it, hehe. We met some really nice people and I look forward to seeing what the week brings. I dont know though, I think the people last week seemed a little more fun in ways. Still, its going to be fun.

Our goal for this week is to do more shows and stuff. I cant believe how many things we missed out on last week, saying, oh we can do that next week well we dont have next week so we figured we better get busy. We decided to go to an earlier dinner so that we could go to the show that they had tonight. We went to Michelangelos for dinner and asked if Edgar was available only to find out that he had been moved to the main dining room for the week. What a bummer. We had a nice waiter though and dinner was yummy. We ended up having a little time before the show began, so guess where we went??? Hehe, yup, our favorite place, the casino hey its fun.

The show was so good, and we had such a great time. It was a musical and I was so impressed. It was Great!!! I really look forward to doing more shows this week, especially if they are as good as this one was.

We went back to the room to change into our swim suits and headed for the pool. Mom and I have been trying to swim every night, for our exercise, and we find that the pools are really empty then, so we really have a great time. The only bad thing was that as we were swimming I started getting a horrible migraine. It got so bad that I had to run to the room for a pain pill, but luckily it worked rather quickly and I was able to go back and finish my swim.

Tomorrow is the Cays again and I am looking forward to that. I hope we have much better weather this time. At least the seas are so much more calm this time around. I barely felt the ship move at all today, it was such a treat. I could really get used to this life-style.
